The Simon House is a distinctive piece of modern canonical architecture, which was constructed by remodelling several earlier buildings according to historic architectural traditions. Its design and architectural formation follow the structural principles of the turn of the century. Operational areas necessary for the maintenance and operation of the entire castle district, as well as apartments partially fulfilling the previous residential function, are being created in the two buildings.
Renovation works are still ongoing in the building.
